So, the internet and web have changed. It is no longer: If you build it , they will come.
It now appears to have become: … .. . . ….. …. .. .. ….. ……. . … illusion, they will come.
I think the focus for attracting members around here must become … .. ….. …… …. …. . .. …. ….
Advertising this website, MacroChannel.com is an expensive thing to do, and since we do not have many visitors that are human (most appear to be robots) ALL contests previously promoted for point gains and receiving points will now be placed "on hold" until thia website receives a few more live or living visitors.
If you join, register and post material/content or articles, that changes everything as active users receive points for these things.
Prove that you are a member, especially a family member and you may receive bonus points!

The Chinese government builds infrastructure in Africa.

Perhaps China and the United States could find a better trade agreement, then the many small plastic toys and cheap trinkets we receive now!
If the Chinese government (or people) build roads, bridges and buildings in exchange for resources in Africa, perhaps the Chinese people could build roads, bridges and buildings in exchange for resources here in the United States instead of the many plastic, inexpensive and just plain "unexpected" products that are "Made In China" that we get here now.
The United States and China may have differing government types and different ideas or different mentalities, but we should be able to work together, no matter what our differences are!
We, the U.S.A. and China have many more reasons to become closer friends and allies than anything else.
This should not be too much of a RACE between countries, but more of a friendly partnership.
Every time I see Chinese people, they are always friendly and nice and respectful. That is in the USA, but needless to say, here, Chinese people are eager to help people that need help.
Chinese People are fun to be with!
Northern Lights or Solar Storm Radiation may be viewed in Minnesota…

An expected solar storm and solar storm radiation, has been creating some beautiful displays of light
in the sky recently and are expected to continue tonight. The solar flares are ten-times more powerful
than what we have seen in a while.
Solar flares and solar storm radiation can cause more than a beautiful display. As airlines re-route
certain flights (flights around the north and south poles are more problematic) electrical substation
managers are also keeping a watchful-eye open for activity. Solar flares in this type of solar maximum
(every eleven (11 yrs) years) can cause power lines and metallic structures to conduct (or induct?)
solar radiation.
Satellite managers must also keep their eyes and ears open and get ready to put affected satellites
into a dormant or sleep mode. Whatever they can do to protect vulnerable satellites (ones in the
path or active and in the path of solar storm radiation) must take measures and possibly shut the
satellites down temporarily, if needed.

and looking for contributors or authors to help add content.
Interested people should join/register and do some posting. Naturally,
these web sites should have people posting that like or have some sort
of interest in the respective sports.

The New format for MacroChannel.com

Many changes have been made since the web host change. Soon, MacroChannel.com
will enable it's OWN web hosting plans. MacroChannel could start hosting websites for
users right now, but since the payment processing is not set, we would have to use
points and place links in the Point Store, which no one would have enough points yet
to do, given recent changes. However, we have full control over setting up new cPanels,
hosting packages, bandwidth, quotas and everything BUT an automated payment
system.
If there are any visitors that came here expecting to read some opinionated posts, news
or pithy-comments, sorry. MacroChannel.com is no longer a simple WordPress Blog. In
the event that someone tried to register with the old WP format, sorry but the whole
thing was begging for changes and allowing registrations and comments needed to
stop before it got too far out of hand. This new system just seems a whole lot better
and it has capabilities that WP may never implement.
Looking at the Big Picture is always interesting, but won't it be more fun to start
creating or joining in on what the world is doing? We can always Look at the Big Picture
on a different page, here elsewhere on the website. Here in a forum, Blogs, News
section and up and coming MacroChannel hosted websites, there will be more ways
for Looking at the Big Picture. Join the community now, before it relaunches and
get more points for joining. After the official March relaunch, point value for simply
becoming a member will go down.
